  2. Nutritional guidelines  will be provided for you to improve the progress and ensure a healthier lifestyle. Notes: a nutritional plan is sold separately in this package.
  3. An assessment to have a clear knowledge of your goals, injuries, availability and many more information to tailor the right program for you.
  4. Direct feedback and corrections.
  5. The opportunity to have a 24/7 support where you can ask any question you want and your coach will answer your needs.

How is it done? 

  1. Subscribe to the Package
  2. You will receive an email with an assessment form to fill and send back, in addition to the description of our coaches so you can match upon availability.
  3. Once we receive your email (the assessment and the coach that you picked), we agree on the timing and location of the sessions.
  4. When everything is agreed upon we start training !

What's the next step after the purchase?
You will receive an email with an assessment form that you will need to fill and send back so that your coach will create a customized training plan. You will also need to submit a startup photo in the same email. And the coach that you picked based on their availability.
When will I receive the meal plan
The meal or nutritional plan is sold separately in this package. If you decided to buy one customized for your goals, it will be delivered after 1 week via your coach.
How do I communicate with my coach?
Once you begin training with your coach, you will have a direct interaction. But, before training or when not training it will be through email, or phone number if necessary.
Will my coach help plan my meals?
Your coach will provide proper guidance and tips which will give you a great amount of information on how to become healthier.
