As a certified fitness trainer with a specialized focus on women's training, I bring over 20 years of experience in the medical field to empower individuals towards holistic health and wellness. My journey began as a licensed midwife, offering compassionate care to women during childbirth. Building upon this foundation, I pursued a Master's degree in Public Health, deepening my understanding of community health dynamics.

I have extensive medical training and have completed specialized fitness courses, including handling special cases. This certification allows me to address various needs, from managing chronic conditions to supporting postpartum recovery and more. My commitment to ongoing education ensures my clients get the best personalized care.

Expertise:

With a diverse background in healthcare spanning over two decades, I am well-versed in quality assurance, safety protocols, and infection control. For over seven years, I sharpened my skills in these areas, ensuring optimal standards in healthcare delivery.

Motherhood:

As a mother of two, I appreciate the demands of balancing family life with personal well-being. My approach emphasizes practical strategies that integrate seamlessly into busy schedules, empowering mothers to prioritize self-care without guilt or compromise.

My commitment to health and wellness is deeply personal. Having battled and overcome an autoimmune disease, I understand firsthand the importance of a balanced lifestyle and the transformative power of exercise and nutrition.

My mission is to empower women through fitness, showing them how strength training can significantly enhance their overall well-being and serve as a crucial element in their lives.

Credentials:

Attended a pre-post natal workshop and gained hands-on experience working with expectant mothers. Participated in numerous workshops covering various topics such as:
Squats and knee pain.
Olympic weightlifting
Kettlebells

Especially for women, I see weight training as a vital tool for empowerment and health improvement. With me as your trainer, you'll not only get fitter but also feel more confident and fulfilled.

I bring expertise in a range of areas, including balance/power balls, pre/postnatal training, CrossFit workshops (including one at INRI CrossFit), real people management, shifting mindset, negotiation seminars, and sitting ducks. These diverse workshops and trainings contribute to my comprehensive approach to fitness coaching, enabling me to tailor my services to meet the unique needs and goals of each client.

Expertise:

I have extensive experience working with diverse clients, including expectant mothers, and have attended specialized fitness workshops to enhance my skills. My previous job in the medical market, along with additional training, has improved my communication and people management skills. These experiences enable me to effectively interact with and understand different personalities.
